Who We Are
ML Taxi and Tours Services is a registered transportation company operating in St. Lucia, providing reliable taxi services, airport transfers, and customized island tours for visitors and locals alike.
The company is owned and operated by Mr.Marcellinus Leonce, who brings over 25 years of experience in the hospitality and tourism industry, along with extensive knowledge of the island and its transportation network.
Prior to establishing ML Taxi and Tours Services, Mr. Leonce worked as a subcontractor with the former transportation contractor at Sugar Beach Resort for approximately three years and also served as Assistant Manager within the transportation department.
Since 2018, ML Taxi and Tours Services has been contracted to provide transportation services for staff traveling between Sugar Beach and Choiseul and the surrounding communities.
In addition to his tourism experience, Mr. Leonce previously served with distinction in law enforcement as an Inspector of Police with the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) in Vieux-Fort, overseeing operations throughout the Southern Division. He also served as Acting Assistant Superintendent of Police for the districts of Choiseul and Soufrière, and worked for many years as a Police Prosecutor.
His leadership experience, professionalism, and commitment to service continue to strengthen the reputation and reliability of ML Taxi and Tours Services within the tourism and transportation industry in beautiful St.Lucia.
